Typeone: THE LAST TIME I SAW SNOW

13 December 2021 - 5 February 2022

In the mid 21st century climate breakdown leads to uncontrollable sea level rise, driving humanity to the fringes of the ecosystem they had previously sought to control.  Unguarded by humans, industrial waste and hazardous chemicals seep into the environment.

Sentient technology begins to adopt the warnings of The Atomic Priesthood; an order created by linguists and anthropologists. The Priesthood designs perennial deterrents for future civilisations who may not share any linguistic or genetic base with ours.

As the final members of the priesthood, your biological forms long since abandoned, you must still interpret the warnings.

Magic Mirror
See your new form, as it must become. Do not complain about the ghostly or incomplete nature of your existence.

Snow Queen AI
Early experiments with AI led to curious results, future updates must not experience loss.

Totems
Towers have crumbled and sea water rises.

Tree
Nature will evolve, it will find ways to adapt.
